Qantum automatically generates a report of the repairs carried out on the vehicle. The dossier can contain photos, documentation and graphic representations of the data attached, gathered during the entire process. Data management

Qantum App Cloud

Qantum acquires the photos during the repair phases and saves all the data to Cloud. The spot welding work data are sent immediately by the app to the Cloud platform, where they will be: saved, stored and organised by vehicle and repair file. Some workshop equipment (e.g. the Telwin Inverspotter Wave spot welders) are fully compatible with Qantum.

Qantum App Data

Qantum allows you to enter all the information and data of the vehicle in a few seconds. Thanks to the integrated scanner function, the app automatically reads the VIN (chassis number) and the registration plate of the vehicle. Furthermore, the photos taken using a smartphone and tablet are instantly attached to the file and archived in the app.

Can I change language?

Once you have logged in, you can change the Qantum user language (both for the Mobile and Web versions), by selecting the “Language” item on the main menu. The languages available are: Italian, English, German, French, Spanish and Slovak.

What is the difference between the Web app and the Mobile app?

The Web and Mobile versions of the app are complementary; the Web version allows you to use advanced functionalities, such as opening files, display work status, edit or delete data and users. The Mobile version allows you to consult data, scan VIN or registration plates and take and immediately upload photos of the work phases associated with the file.

Which devices are supported?

Qantum is supported on iOS and Android mobile devices, for desktop/laptop devices; Windows and macOS operating systems.

What is the difference between administrator and operator user?

The administrator has access to all the data and all the files on Qantum; he/she can open new files and assign them to the operators; the administrator can monitor the status of the works in real time. The operator can only edit the files assigned to him/her.

How many users can I register for a single body shop?

With the basic subscription, each body shop can have a maximum number of 6 users.

Cases can be consulted by accessing the Web app from any browser, in an easy and intuitive manner.

You can download the repair dossier at any time in PDF. The document can also be sent via mail.

How can I register compatible tools?

To register compatible tools, enable the Wi-Fi module of the spot welder and search the user and file number. Once this operation is complete, the work data will appear in real time in the associated Qantum file.

What equipment is compatible with Qantum?

At the moment, Qantum is compatible with Telwin Inverspotter Wave 13500 and 14000 spot welders fit with a Wi-Fi module.

How can I register vehicles?

Vehicles are registered via the Web app. Once the file is opened and assigned to an operator, it can be edited and implemented with the work data, even using a smartphone.

Can I customise files?

All files can be customised in the header, entering the data and the logo of the body shop.

How much does a subscription to Qantum cost?

Qantum is an annual subscription service. The monthly cost is 35 euros, for a total of 420 euros/year to be paid in one payment by credit card (American Express, Visa or Mastercard). Once the PRO service has been activated, it will be possible to use Qantum for 12 months at full functionality, with a maximum of 6 users.
